Level 9146 is a really difficult one, but it is possible to complete without boosters or extra moves.
First, drop a row of locked blocks close to the top of the board. Then clear all the blocks from below them - this will give the Pets space to move into.
Try to get all eight Pets onto the left side of the board under the locked blocks.
⭐️Be very careful not to remove any blocks that will make space for a key to drop from the third pipe!⭐️
The best boosters to help in this level would be blockbusters (hammers) to help clear blocks on the left without disturbing those on the right.
