The account is not linked to Facebook, it is linked to my Apple account and I have already followed the recommendation they suggest and I have not been able to change the photo on my game profile.

I'm glad you have reached out to us with your question regarding changing your profile picture on your account. I will gladly help you out here.

When using a Facebook account, your Facebook profile name and picture will automatically be used and shown in the game. If you'd like to change these, you will therefore simply need log into your own Facebook account on Facebook itself, change your profile picture or profile name and you're good to go!

Please note that the changes may take a few hours to be pushed into your game profile.

When using a King Account, you can easily change your profile details from the game itself:

1. Open the game and go to Settings
2. Tap on My Account/My Profile (depending on the game)
3. Select the camera icon on the bottom right corner of your profile picture
4. Choose a picture to upload
5. Save it, and your avatar will be changed

If you don't see the "camera" button in your game, we’re currently working on the player profile feature, and as a consequence, some players don't have the option to change their profile picture at the moment. There's nothing wrong with your account or device, so don't worry, and please accept our apologies for the inconveniences.
