I need help to sync all my Pet rescue saga games, I have one in facebook, one on desktop and one on my phone, and I always have to log out and log back in to play the game. Never did this before! HOW CAN I FIX THIS ???
I did that…it does no good, so I will uninstall…tired of all of this…
Open it on your device and click connect to Facebook then it will reappear in the list 😊
I'm Back ! I just tried to remove the game from Facebook and went back into facebook games, and Pet Rescue is not even anywhere…and you can't uninstall in facebook, unless you know something I don't know…I tried to remove it and it saved all the activity…brought me back to here…and how in the heck do I contact the support team within the game ?? I'm lucky to get to you guys !
Ok so I have been asked to suggest trying to remove the app from Facebook and then readding it. As soon as you open the game and click to log in, it will relink it.

If that doesn't work, they said to contact the support team from within the game and tell them you have been here and were told by a mod that the support team said to contact them directly.

I only have to log out , then back in on the Desktop (of course windows 11) and the phone, android Samsung and yes, I do keep them updated…I have uninstalled and re installed…for now I will play the game…
That is annoying! It does sound like a connection issue. Sometimes it does it on updates but we don't have that many updates. Which device are you using for the mobile version? Is the desktop (I am assuming windows app version not facebook) updated? and the device is too. And you are logging in the same way with all?
Once I have the information I can pass it over to the team to see if they have any suggestions 😊
It only happens with the Desktop version, and the mobile version on my phone…frustrating !

I got a new phone and was connected through Facebook. When I got the new phone and downloaded the game it did not save my last game. I was on level 3044 or close to it. Can I recover it some how?

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
