i’ve been stuck on this level for two weeks. It says collect 11 pets in 28 moves. The most I get to drop down is three help!

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
