Hi @gwen74 Level 5049 is a hard one! What I discovered is that Pets only fall on the right when there are gaps in the column on the left.
Drop the line blasters and use the in-game rocket to clear the left column of colored blocks to make pets and bombs fall on the right. Below is an example, it has two play throughs, the second one shows how to save up your Pets to rescue with a rocket or two! No boosters or extra moves were needed, I hope it helps? Good luck.
