I am at level 3607 in Pet Rescue Saga. While playing, I watched all rewarded video ads offered for extra moves, but the ads were not credited. I then accepted an offer to use 9 gold bars, which were deducted, but I received fewer moves than promised and a message stating the ads were not fully watched. After closing the game, I also permanently lost 5 Purrfect boosters.
I submitted a support ticket (ticket #16269314), but I am only receiving automated responses directing me to help articles. Restarting the game clearing the cache, and troubleshooting did not restore the lost items.
I am requesting moderator assistance to escalate this ticket to a human support agent for manual review and restoration of the lost gold bars and boosters.
