Pet Rescue Saga Game Crashing

Hi is anyone having game crash issues with Pet Rescue Saga since the latest Petopia i have tried everything nothing works and support just say clear cache and restart device i have done everything theres a bug issue . Please fix it so we can play the game again

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble loading your game, and having freezing and crashing issues as well since the latest version of Petopia was released. I've checked the tickets you've raised with our player support and can see none of the troubleshooting steps we've sent, as well as the ones you've tried on your own have been successful so far.

Due to the load that Petopia has on players' devices, it's possible that this is also the case with your device.

As we are constantly updating and improving our games then at times slightly older devices cannot support the implemented changes.  

We recommend players always ensure they have the most recently available operating systems for their devices, as our games are designed to maximize the performance based on these.

To check and download the latest operating system for your device, please check here:

In the meantime, there are a number of steps that other players have followed which have improved their playing experience:

• Close all background apps while playing
• Power off and restart the device 
• Keep at least 2 GB free

However, these steps may not work, so if you would kindly try to play the game on a different device, you can always do so via a computer or through Facebook on an internet browser.
