NOT ABLE TO PLAY PET RESCUE WITH PETOPIA - THE GAME WON'T OPEN!

I was wondering is there anything more I can do to get back to playing pet rescue when Petopia is freezing my game and others also? I have 3 phones and 1 tablet, none will open up the game as long as Petopia is on it. It opened the first week when this new Petopia came out, after the first week, it froze. I tried my other phones and my tablet, none would open the game. Once Petopia was off until the new one came on, the game plays fine.

Thank you for reaching out, I (can't) play on any of my devices. If I play the game, I go through facebook on my computer. I don't have any apple products like Iphones. I only have the android 3 phones and Samsung tablet. The game (doesn't) open up on any of them while Petopia is there. I don't play but go on facebook to get the daily boosters. I wouldn't know that the developers are aware of the issue since support doesn't reach out to say they are, and they are working on it. I'd rather have to option to opt out of the Petopia game if possible. I appreciate you responding and I'm sorry you are having problems also. I hope it works out for you. It's the only game I play and I wanted to continue to play. I do still have the option to go through facebook and play on the computer, it's not as friendly and easy to play that way. When you go through facebook and have to use your mouse, you don't play as well and enjoy it. It's harder and not has friendly when you have to use a mouse to play pet rescue. Have a blessed day.
