Current update problems - version 4.12.2.0

Hi @Snow_Rider @Lynette

After an update today, installed version 4.12.2.0, PC, Windows 10, these are the problems that occurred:

1.) When I entered the game, "Hotkeys" appeared.

2.) It changed to this. The white writings disappear line by line after. The user ID is not mine.

3.) After clicking play

The level number is current but the gold bars and silver coins were reset to the beginning.

4.) When I click the level, this shows up

Please advice what to do. 🙂 The issues are not on my end. Did all the necessary troubleshooting. My other games are working properly.

Bonjour, je peux à nouveau jouer au jeu sur l"application.Mais je n'ai pas récuper mes booster que j'avais ainsi que les piéces et les lingos j'en avait 152 . Du coup je n'arrive pas à faire le niveau actuel car je n'es plus rien pour m'aider. Je peut y jouer sur facebook et arriver à faire les niveaux. Mas quand je retourne sur l'application du jeu il ne prend pas en compte le niveau que j'ai ganer sur facebook.

The problems have been fixed. Download the current update. When done, enter the game and log in to your account. I got everything back. ☺️

hello from Greece! I have the same issues…

"Hotkeys" appeared.

I can't connect to my account to find my progress, failed to connect to facebook or with my King account (it's immpossible because i use it now for this post)

This appears to be a glitch with the new update of the microsoft app version of the game only 😓
I have reported it, hopefully it can be fixed for you all soon!

On your settings, there is a list of Apps and features. The reset location depends on your device. On mobile device, there's a reset app preferences on the menu when you tap Settings > Apps> Menu (three dots)

On PC, you go to Settings > Apps and features > PRS > Advance options, then you see below:

I had to sign back in…but didn't do any reset (I don't think) and def didn't uninstall. I'm not sure what you mean by reset?

I know it's frustrating. Hang in there. Let's wait for the fix. As I mentioned to helene, don't reset or uninstall.

Gold bars and silver coins are saved on King's secure servers so don't worry you'll get that back.

Let's hope that the current update did not corrupt the data on our devices. 🙏

They took all my booster too…I'm also back to Weather alert.

Exactly, same thing happened to me just now!!!! Have no gold, no coins, all my boosters are gone!!! Same screens shots other than I don't have Pet rescue. EVERYTHING GONE!! I'm so tired of these problems…

I'm sorry you're going through the same problem. Let us wait for the Community Manager/Moderator's response. Hopefully the Studio will give us a fix.

Please don't uninstall your game. You will lose all your boosters if you do as they are saved on your device.
