Game gone!!

I walked away to put dinner in …came back and I'm signed out and game IS GONE! LOST everything! No gold, my coins gone, all my boosters and back to begining !! I'm not happy….I'm about ready to give this game up! Also made me sign back in…I was working on the latest levels! GONE. What is going on before I just give this up!

Hi @lisamo I’m really sorry this happened and I can imagine how upsetting it is to come back and see everything gone. Please don’t worry just yet, this usually means the game was signed out, not that your progress is permanently lost.

Progress is saved to the account you were logged into (King account or Facebook). When the game signs you out, it can look like everything has reset.

A couple of things to check first:

• Were you logged in with a King account or Facebook before this happened?
• When it asked you to sign back in, did you use the same account details as before?

If you sign back into the correct account, your progress should return.

If you’re not sure which account your progress was saved to, or if it doesn’t come back after logging in, the next step is to contact Player Support, as they can look up your account and help restore your progress.

I know this is really stressful, but in most cases the progress is still there. Let us know what account you were using and what happens when you log back in, and we’ll help guide you from there.
