Level 9400 has you rescuing 9 pets but only gives you 6

I paid $2.99 today to continue playing because it gave me 355 moves. The last 3 pets never showed up…. Can I get a refund?

I am sorry to hear about the issue with level 9400. I have made sure to forward this to the right team so we can review the level and apply any necessary fixes as possible.

As for the refund, as I can see you play directly from Facebook on your computer, unfortunately we do not manage your payments as this is done directly by Meta (Facebook) therefore we are unable to process refunds for you.

You can dispute the purchase through Facebook. Simply follow these instructions:

1. Go to Facebook.com
2. Click on the upside-down arrow in the top right corner
3. Click on Settings and Privacy
4. Click on Settings
5. On the left, click on Facebook Pay (or on Orders and Payments)
6. Find the purchase you had a problem with and click on it
7. Click on Get help with this purchase
8. Select the issue you had with the purchase, click on Contact us and add a comment explaining what the issue was

You can also follow this link to access your Payment History and dispute the purchase. You will receive a response within 72 hours.
