(3rd request) Please stop spawning treasure chests all over the Petopia map if you will not let us dig them up. I can't shape my city esthetically with these chests all over. Thanks. (3rd request.)

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully the developers will listen to us and give us a quicker way to get rid of the treasures, even if we don’t get anything in return. 🤗
I’d tag Snow Rider, he was looking at that issue, at some stage. I don’t tag him because I’ve done it a lot and he must be sick of me tagging him now. 😅
Yes I've been past level 75 for 3 Petopia events in a row and I just keep getting hats after hundreds and hundreds of levels.

After that, not every time, but you’ll get more pickaxes to dig the treasure.
However, I agree wholeheartedly with you that we should be able to get rid of them somehow, even if they don’t give us any prices, just to be able to build the city the way we truly want. Otherwise there’s no point in building it.
Those treasures have been a pet peeve of mine, along with the repeated “special buildings” that can’t be deleted, from the very first Petopia.
