I click on the app, it opens then freezes on this screen after I press play. I haven’t been able to log in today and when I have managed, it takes an awful long time.

I have seen quite a few iPad users that are having trouble with Pet Rescue Saga and iPadOS 26. This should be investigated. Mine has iPadOS 18 and the game runs perfectly, that’s why I have been avoiding the upgrade for ages.
I have tried all the suggestions on the help page, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, have plenty of space on my iPad which is the latest model, am running os26.3.1, have turned my router on and off and tested my broadband speed which is 22mbs. This also happens on my iphone 14plus. It looks as though I won’t be playing pet rescue saga anymore which I’ve been playing for years without any issue.

It does not matter what platform you play on, Petopia freezes up like that on all of them, the problem is with your server, the way the code is written or both! I’ve used a iPhone 10xr, iPhone 13, iPad mini 5, iPad 4 and desktop running windows 10 and none are able to login to PRS when Petopia is running!

Can you let the developers know the brand and model of your device, as well as the operating system? That would help them to help you quicker.
In the meantime, have you tried looking for an update of the app, clearing your device’s cache and so on?

Tambien puedes mirar alguna publicacion que hable del mismo error, suelen haber soluciones, que yo recuerde suele pasar cuando esta Petopia en juego.
Tambien etiquetar algun moderador del juego a ver si pueden ayudarte. 😉

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up. It goes directly to level failed. I am sure I am not alone in this issue. Game glitch that needs immediate fixing PLEASE!!!!
