My boosters disappeared

Hello,

After resetting my phone, I logged back into the Pet Rescue app using Facebook. However, when I entered the game, I noticed that all my boosters were gone. This is actually the second time this has happened to me.

Since I am at an advanced level, it is very difficult for me to progress without boosters. Just when I was starting to recover from the first loss, experiencing this issue again has really discouraged me from playing the game.

I had around 200 boosters of each type. As I am older, this is the only game I play. My grandchild even offered to buy the boosters again, but purchases in Turkey are quite expensive.

I kindly ask you to resolve this issue. My progress and boosters should have been saved to my account, and encountering such a problem has been very disappointing for me.

Unfortunately, the boosters and login streak are tied to the device you’re using. The only things saved to the King account are your gold and your levels. If your reason for uninstalling the game and installing it back again is a malfunctioning of the game, and you have a screenshot with the number of boosters you lost, maybe the Community Manager may help you recover them, at least partially.

I hope you can get them back, it’s very sad to lose them after you’ve spent so much time, and no doubt money, playing this game.
