Game just unexpectedly finished woth loads of time left. Things unclaimed and loads of candies ready for the weekend harvest. Tried the help, just told me to sign out and in again.. done that, still the same. No event.. not happy

@reindeermad Thanks so much for replying back to me! Just to make sure I understood correctly, the Pirate Petopia didn’t even start in your game, right?
I still have the little pirate pet background when first go on the game. No event at all. When it first disappeared a very quick msg to say the event had ended popped up, then it said new event has started and the box with the puppy appeared to start the event of collecting red squares, this then had a pop up of a msg to say that this event had ended … all this happened one after the other leaving no event at all now.

Hi my friend sorry to hear this it can sometimes an issue within the game. Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓 Force close apps and restart your device. Check that you have the latest game and device updates You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
