Hey there @mauricioilka, this is something affecting players primarily in Brazil, to fix it - you will have to update your settings with your birth date on your device:
To change the age on your Google account, you need to edit your birthday. Just sign in to your Google Account, click Personal info, select Birthday, and enter the correct date. Save your changes. You may have to verify your age with a credit card or ID.
Change your Apple age by updating your birthday in the settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Personal Information. Tap your birthday, change it, and hit Done. If you cannot edit it, Screen Time might be blocking it. You can also update it online at the Apple Account Website.
