Repeated Error Installing the newest update on Kindle Fire

I have been trying to get the latest update to install. It will download completely and then start to install. Then before it completes it posts an error in the install and says try again. I have been running version 4.18.1.0 for months with no problem. The Kindle is running Fire OS 7.3.3.1 and when I check storage the system says I am using 45 of 57 GB, so there appears to be enough space for the update to expand and install. I am on level 10302 and have accumulated 2900+ gold coins so there should be no problems with these numbers. The only issue I have been wondering about is the number of silver coins. I have in excess of 7 million coins. Is that a problem for the game? Is there a possibility this causes a math overflow in the conversion from 4.18.1 to I believe this update of 4.20 where the counters range in the new version is well below 7 mill and it blows the install? Or is there something else in what I have posted the says "problem".

The weekly update of new levels worked fine. But the real larger update still is failing. Still need help.

Been thinking about this. The basic code of Pet Rescue Saga, PRS, is I believe C++ with some parts of the system shared with other games on the similar platform. Meaning there is some shared code. I have Candy Crush installed as well but I do not play it often and would be willing to archive or even delete if that might solve the problem. So, first question is there a problem with shared components between the two King games and deletion of one will allow PRS to update. Second being a C++ codebase the basic 32-bit integer in the language should allow the app to manage the 7plus million silver coins. I believe the C++ 32-bit int allows counts into the trillions. Also, if the int used was short it would have failed long ago. There should not be an overflow issue. There also is a possible version compatibility issue between the device/ OS level and the required level for the update/application. In the app store there is the ability to see what devices I have that are compatible with the game update. My device is listed as compatible, Lastly, when the update loads if does complete the unpacking so there should not be a space issue there. I will keep looking to see if there are any anomalies in the setup. If need be, I can delete Candy Crush and see if the PRS update, then work. Please advise. Thank you!!! BTW if there is no response to this in the next 24 hours should I repost this as a new issue to see if it gets more attention or just let it sit? BTW usual update for new levels happens here on Tuesday morning, if there are not new games available tomorrow, I may need to post anew. Also, if for some reason there is new functionality in the new levels that require 4.20.0 and it does not work on my Kindle that will motivate a new post concerning that, Agan thanks for any assistance…..

I think support did leave a popup asking if I could sync my game and this account, so I started to look into it. A problem existed that I had to fix before syncing. The email I had for both this account and the app had disappeared. The higher education platform discontinued the service without telling all of us. So, I created a new email account and linked it into both this platform and the game. They are now both working and verified. I no longer have the path/popup to sync both the app on my kindle and this site and would like to know how if someone has an idea. I will keep looking and report back if I get the sync done. BTW once I updated the email fields to a working email address, I tried the update and it still failed.

When the update fails it leaves a message on this page with a down arrow like there is more info. But the info is about what is new in the release. So, this is what I get as far as information about the abend in installing. It has left me guessing. Thanks for the help btw.

There are two images one is the verification of the numbers I gave before so you know I am not bragging but this is real and the second is the message I get after the download completes and the install fails. There is another message following.
