My Pet Rescue Saga game does not work

Hello,

I have been experiencing several problems with my Pet Rescue Saga game for about a month.

I play the game on my computer through Facebook.

For about a month, I have been receiving an error message at the end of every level and also when starting a new level-something went wrong please try again.

In addition, I cannot use the coins I have collected to purchase boosters or other items. I have enough coins, but whenever I try to make a purchase, I receive an error message (something went wrong please try again) and the purchase cannot be completed.

I also cannot use my gold bars to unlock additional levels or increase the number of available levels.

These problems are happening consistently and are making it difficult to play the game normally.

All resolution options I tried did not work.

Hi @asiasheer

To speed things up, it’d be great if you included your User ID. To find it, on the game go to settings, then account, then double tap the King logo.

Also, as far as I know, Facebook will discontinue playing games through the platform soon. It would be great if you could download the app, either through Microsoft Store or Apple Store, depending on your computer brand. You still can use your Facebook account to log in, therefore you will keep your progress.

I'm having problems too. Up until yesterday everything was fine. Now the game will not open on my desktop either. Same with CC Friends. Been playing that for 10 years and not it won't open on my desktop either. Always has problems after upgrading.
