Coin bank not accessible?

Both my wife and I cannot access coin bank for some days, any reason for this?

Hi! I’ve just checked my game, and both the main shop and the Silver Shop are working as expected. Please make sure you and your wife both have the latest version of the game and that your devices’ software is up to date. Try closing all running apps, then reopening the game.
