I’m so sad. I doN’t know where all my streaks went. And now I am not getting any winning streak recognition... even if I win 10 in a row:(((

In order to keep special features & Events & Challenges accessible/available for all Players, you might have access to them some & other Players may not, or vice-versa. This is so that everyone gets to play as many features as is manageable.
With that in mind, make sure that your Game is updated to its latest version (that way you'll know what feat special features are available to you at a particular time).

You can manually check if you have the latest version of the Game by visiting your App Store & seeing if the button next to your Game App shows 'Update'. See the links below to get more information on how to do this.
