Isolation and tool problem

Currently I'm on level 3125. Until January of this year everything was fine. I changed phones and the game changed. All the tools that I can use on my computer are not transferable to my phone. Also I was on the leader board with friends waiting for new levels. The last11 months I've been the only person playing. Administrator said it was my settings (that I don't see) and my browser (which I bought a new phone today) and changed to chrome and it's not giving me any tools. Also, I can't accept any new friends or contact any old ones. From what I can gather I'm now 600 levels behind my old friends. I would like to know who's having these troubles? Who can justify what's going on? Why? This is as close to being phased out as can be without doing. Looking for answers!!!
