I am also stuck with the black screen (about a week) Cannot play level. Have also been told no internet when there is a connection, It is frustrating!

Hi.
I have be getting a black screen on the Mystery Mountain and The Island. I am able to do 4 levels on the mountain and then black screen on 5. The Island I am not able to play this week due to black screen tried everything.. Please Help!!!

The black screen issue is being looked into, meanwhile please try another browser. It seems to happen mostly on Google Chrome only.
Please clear the cache and cookies on your browser to make sure the fix reaches your game.
Make also sure that the browser is up to date
and Please try this one
Open Facebook , click more tools and Clear browsing data and log in to facebook and open Game PRS

Hi,
It didn't work. Tried it 3 times. Also went to firefox, microsoft edge and internet explore and getting the same results. Nothing is working!! Any other suggestions.. Please help!! I love this game..

# 1633 on the Memory Lane map is a black screen. up in the right hand corner instead of having the quit level emblem, it has "change a map" which i have never seen before. i tried the game in a different browser and it still does the same thing.
i play this game ALOT, and am very frustrated that its not working.

Why aren't they fixing the black screen problem. I cleaned the cache and did everything they said and I still get nothing. The only way I can play is to help other people but I ran out of people to help! Disappointed!

I'm still getting the black screen when I try to play the Island

I cannot go any farther- it is black at my level. I can play on the island, but only so much .I might as well quit.
