    For last 2 days every time I try to play Weather Alert after first level it tells me my internet isn't connected but I don't have issues with any other part of the game...Please fix this issue.

    It's a shame not to be able to play this game anymore. A lot of "errors" constantly appear, not getting to open the game.

    I did download it from Windows store, but it got me to the first level; I'm 2208.

    Hope you to fix and correct it soon.

    Even if I could download the game I wouldn't. I'm on level 3214 I don't want to lose all my progress. I hope they fix the issues soon too

    As I have mentioned numerous times, none of the suggestions will fix this issue. I can play the Weather one, daily challenge, EVERYTHING EXCEPT TO ADVANCE TO LEVEL 1593. I really hate to

    stop playing after 6 years, but I don't see a point of trying anymore unless someone on your end can fix this.

    No answer to the difficulties I encounter in the game, supposedly connection problem, which is false.

    i was playing went back then it gives me a message failed to connect i have cable and i can play all my other games just not this one

    Please clear the cache and cookies for your browser and make sure to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera wherever possible. If you’re still seeing the issue after trying these steps, then we would strongly recommend you try to play on mobile instead.

    If you have a Windows PC you can also download the game app directly to your computer from Microsoft Store and play via the Windows app instead. Click here to download the game to your PC. Windows 10 is required to download the game, Windows 7 or older systems are no longer supported by Microsoft.
