PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMAT

I assume I must be one of the ' group of players testing the new format' and can only say I am not impressed with it for the following reasons -

1 - I am unable to see my progress. I am now on level 4009 and don't know how many games are left. I assume more levels have been added today but cannot tell.

2 - I have not been awarded any chests at the end of each level or at least don't think I have as I am unable to access my current position

3 - I have lost the ability to increase my gold bars and boosters as the pets toys facility seems to have been removed. I have faithfully paid my £2.99 each week and in some instances twice a week to supplement my gold bars and boosters but this option has now been removed. Surely this must mean you are losing revenue each week.

4 - I am unable to compare my progress with friends.

If you wish to include the new format of collecting for the different pet adventures could you not include it in the events section.

PLEASE PLEASE REVERT BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT AS I AM THINKING OF REMOVING THE GAME ( WHICH I HAVE ENJOYED IMMENSLY OVER THE YEARS) FROM MY TABLET

Crazy Cat Lad has just replied to my previous query to say :-

" Are you located in UK? During this month when the Battersea cooperation will run the game will look different. As soon as this charity event is over the game will return back to the normal game map and version"

Hopefully all will be back to normal at end of month

I can't wait for the map to come back as I hate this new boring look, also not liking the new pets they are not as cute, leave things alone or lose players!

I agree, less bothered by the loss of the map but the graphics on the new creatures are way worse and I miss the cute animals. I won’t keep going I don’t think if the format stays like this...I’m in the uk also so will wait and see what happens next month.

Este nuevo formato pertenece a pet puzzles que dieron debaja en diciembre , no entiendo por qué cambian algo que estaba bien ,horrible horrible horrible, cambien al formato original y devuelvan todo lo que quitaron

My friends are not visible and i have send new requests that my friend can't receive. What happened, how can I fix this? I'm on level 3840 so I'm not new to the game....

I lost all of my friends on my list and sent new friends requests to those but they do not see or receive the request. I do not have a city as you showed me above. I have new pets which aren't as cute as the old ones. It started when I signed in on the wrong device. At that point I lost all my previous consecutive sign ins and my friend list. And why can't I request who i want to add a friend?

Thank you, now I understand. Apologies for the confusion.

You probably will see your new friend requests to add soon, they seem to take some days to appear in the list of friends.

It can help to delete requests you don't want from the list of suggestions and remove any who do not answer within a day or two.
