I created a new account online cannot connect from device
Is there a lag time between creation of an account and when I can log in with it on a different device? I created a new account that I can log in online but cannot login with new device. Do I have to wait an hour. day, or is the batch process that updates this run every xxx minutes?

There are two types of King registrations.
One for games (that you log in within the game) and one for the Community (only for posting in the Community, not for games.)
Have you previously signed in to save any King games game as shown by @littlemissmim08 above?
If you have then that is the email and password you need to recover your game data.
edited to add: you say you have not yet played Pet Rescue online.
Have you played anywhere previously? If you have then back up that game with an email (which can be the same you usually use) but with a new password you can then use for all King games.
Your current King Community email and password, can only be used for posting in the Community.

Further information. All the expected messages I should get about the comments and posts as well as the press the green button to confirm the email address I supplied when I created my account are coming to the correct email.
Second, when I tried to connect this morning it still does not connect because of an unknown password email pair. So I tried to change the password and I entered the email address. Pressed to reset and got back a message that this email address is not linked with any Kingdom account.
I am wondering if in the database there is a record that says I have an account, but that the account is not associated with Pet Rescue Saga so it fails. If this is the case do I need to start the game on the kingdom site one time to get a record in another file in the database that associates the account with Pet Rescue Saga and then I could connect from my Kindle?

Thank you this is good information however...
Followed the guide as I have already done but when I try to login it says the password and email are an invalid pair. I try to change the password and it says the email is not linked with a kingdom account. But I use the same credentials on this community I try on the login it works online but not to connect to account. Are the Kingdom accounts online the same as the accounts to log into the account through the game or are there two different accounts?
