Guess what? You level really is flawed, the developers don't know how it's happened!
If possible they would like to know which update/version of the game you are playing?
To find the version, click the gear wheel in your game, the version will be written in the bottom of the pop up window.
If you don't have this number, below, which is the latest version, try updating your game (in your game store) and see if the right booster is in your level after the update.

Hey Lynette... you nailed it. mine is an older version as pointed out by you.If you send me the link for the new version, I will try updating. But if it tells me to start from Level 1, I may quit playing Pet Rescue. Would like to reinstate that I enjoyed playing this and it did give me a lot of fun. Thanks for helping me out!!ππβΊοΈβΊοΈ

Do not reinstall the game (that will make you start from level 1)
But look for the button that says "update"

Hey Lynette, I tried updating but it refused to get updated on my mobile!!ππ So I uninstalled and re installed it, then linked it with my FB account. And Hey Presto!! I got the new updated version and my levels back!! Now I have cleared 3921!!ππππ
