1- The color of a cat's eyes is different.
2- Missing shovel shell.
3- A blue item next to the cat above the sand is missing.
4- Extra thickness on the waves.

The 8 differences I found are:

2. The seashell to the right of the blue shovel (bottom left corner) is missing.
3. The pink flower in the lower right corner is missing.
4. The water bubble in front of the pig's left foot is missing.
5. The circle of sand (?) near the bottom of the widest plank is missing.
6. The blue object on the left side of the picture is missing.
7. A blue fish with green fins is swimming in the wave, on the far left side of picture.
8. The third green leaf from the top on the far right edge is missing.
