Good morning. For a few days he has not let me access the game, a screen appears saying that the connection has failed. But I am online and the other games are working normally. What do I have to do?

If you are new to the game, and have little or no progress delete the game and reinstall it. If you have invested some and are levels above start, then look in your app store and see if there are updates you can apply. If so apply and try again. Third depending on the device you are using you can change WIFI. Lastly if you device is years old you might not have a supported version of the operating system, Check versions against supported versions for your device.
