Completed mystery quest levels and game unlocked to level 838 but game crashes when I try to open it

Completed mystery quest levels for Pet Rescue and game unlocked to level 838 but game crashes when I try to open it. Tried shutting down iPad and restarting but did not resolve the problem.

If the app is crashing, it's normally a memory or conflict issue. So, check the app is the latest version, as well as your OS. Then make sure you don't have a lot of apps open using up all your memory. Try it!

I've tried that, all up to date and no apps running still keeps crashing, what can I try next
