I was at level 735 and I for a week I couldn’t get past it. followed your directions to delete the app and resign on again through Apple and I’d be back at 735. Well, that didn’t happen, I reloaded the app but I’m back to level 1. How can I get back to 735 wher I left off?

Hi @Marcella7204 I don't know who told you to delete the app, it is always a last resort and there are many other options to try first. Here are some that may help now...
If you suddenly are back to level 1 or the game has been lost, check HERE how to get it restored.
Note, sometimes you need to play a level, then when the game connects to save you passing that level after you complete it, the game also picks up yor progress.
