Why have I lost my purchased boosters?

I have been offline for some time, with no resolution from you. I have now reset Pet rescue app. I have reconnected through Facebook, but I have gone back to level 5309, I was on 5337 plus. I have also lost all of the boosters which I purchased. My ID is 1006064995. I enclose several screenshot to prove my progress and connection errors.

As far as I know (I might be wrong!), uninstalling and then installing the app will result in losing most of the boosters you have accumulated throughout the game. Check out this post regarding the purchase issue, and this one about the level issue.
Of course, always make sure to have internet connection and be connected to your King / Facebook account.
Player Support can additionally help you with both of these issues! It is explained how to contact them in the posts I've linked above.
