Hello.
I'd like some help, please.
This Petopia event hasn't started on my new phone. I've been playing it on my old one, though, but I use a different account, although I migth've used the same account to download the app. Funny thing is that I played the previous Petopia event on both phones without any problems.

Hi @rmajerkowski , have you checked for updates? Sometimes even if set to automatic they don't always do as they should π

Screen goes black and I cannot see the petopia scene when I click to move an animal.
I then have to restart the game

Hi @Mattz I think the extra data involved in the petopia event is crashing many players games, King are aware of the problem and working on a fix.
I hope things will be improved by Monday's regular game update.
If not, you can add your game ID to this post HERE to get Petopia removed from your game (this would not happen until Monday also, so it might be worth waiting )

Is anyone else having issues with loading the game on your mobile device? I have been having issues all day.

Hi @KingsDaughter14 yes unfortunately it seems to be caused by the petopia feature.
