Game crashes immediately when opening Petopia

Hi @Applelight, dont worry about the 'weird hat choice' it just meant that your device was unable to retrieve the correct data for the game (unknown string means it could not read the 'string' of data it was supposed to, in this case it could not find the hat 😕). Many players are also experiencing problems because of Petopia.
Personally I think may be there is a bit too much data within the game so it crashes on some devices (but I am just guessing!)
If you prefer you (and want to ask for missing rewards) write to the help within your game. If you do it within the game they can immediately see what is wrong and what is missing.
Click on the gear wheel in your game and look for the 'help' button

This is ridiculous! I’ve posted 3 times to have petopia removed from all my devices. Have emailed them only to get generic responses. Too many ppl are experiencing the same problem and there doesn’t appear to be a solution.

I can’t get into the game to get into my account. It doesn’t get past the intro screen then goes black! So how do I get my ID?

The other place to try is the Help Centre but when it is a problem like this one, that many players are experiencing, you can be assured that King are working on getting it fixed as soon as they can.

I have not even been able to get into the game now. It takes upwards of 5 minutes to even load the opening screen. I looked everywhere for my game I'd and can't find it.
