Hey Diiego,
Have you checked for updates for the game and for your iPad, meaning the iOS version you run on it? Restart your iPad too.
Be aware that if it's an iPad II or earlier, then the game will keep doing this as those iPad's aren't supported anymore by King games/

With improvements to graphics, sound and the addition of new features in our games, some older devices may not be able to handle the implemented changes. Please could you check that you are playing on a compatible device?
- iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and later models
- iPad 3 and later models
Here are a few steps which fix the vast majority of issues:
a. Force close all apps and restart your device: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559
b. Please check for any updates for your device and apps:

It's an iPad Air. Find it a bit ridiculous that it has been working fine for over a year and all of a sudden just won't connect. Thank you very much for adviceHey Diiego,
