Hello i am having Same Exact Issues! Sent support notification & NO Resolution yet! Has anyone figured out a resolution ?? This really sux & i miss using my pet rescue game!

Hi everyone, I've heard that the iPhone issue has been resolved and they are releasing a fix for it in a few hours!

I am using the landscape mode. It is a little bit better.

The issue still isn’t fixed and I have updated my app this morning (12/8/22). I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the app (which made me lose all my boasters) and it’s still not working. See the picture I’ve attached. The issue with the plays left being upside down and small, the booster bar covering part of the play and not being able to use boosters we already have still persists.

I don’t see an update in the App Store and I’m still having the issues. Plus I’ve lost all my boosters after I uninstalled and reinstalled the game 😢.

Hi Lynette. I just checked the AppStore and unfortunately there Is no Update. Can you please re evaluate when the update will be rolled out.

Hi everyone, sorry to hear it is not fixed for you yet! Please make sure you have the latest update of the game, and then if it's still not working try restarting the game a couple of times and it should work.
