I completed a level in mystory mountain and did no receive my treasure. What is up with that? This is the second time I have been cheated out of stuff on this game. I will never purchase anything as long as I am cheated out of rewards.

Hi @Gayle_Bromley usually when this happens it is a connection issue within your game and the rewards are added later when connection is restored.
Check that you are logged in properly (sometimes logging out, then in again can help) and if you play via facebook check your app permissions.
You can also contact support from within your game, this way they can look into what is happening and, if you ask, replace rewards.
