I have since discovered that the new event is preventing us from being able to do this more than once 😥
I have reported this glitch and hopefully it will be fixed!

To go back to previous levels you can use the + sign next to the level number, then the arrows to go backwards (or forwards). The longer you hold down the arrow the faster you'll go backwards.
