Level 3863 will not work! Everytime I hit the first blocks the screen turns orange & it goes away!!!

There are a few reasons why this is happening.
Do you play on a mobile device? If you do, look for a game update in your app store. If there is no 'update' button then you do not need to do anything as it means you are updated.
The other reason might be because this level starts with many bombs. In older devices or those with not much room in the cache too many bombs going off can crash the game (it happens to me on my ancient laptop 😓)
Try clearing any excess data from your device and make sure no other apps are open when you play.
