2145 level...the butterflies are not being released

Question

Stuck on level 2145.  The butterflies don’t seem to be releasing.  Have tried numerous times.  When I watch videos of others completing this level it seems theirs release with less matching squares.

Hi Carol, are you dropping the butterflies first to break the glass from surrounding them? Do this first, then collect the blocks of it's color :)     Here is an example:
