everytime you open the sceen it don'twork no picture of thje saga you can hear the music not the game I need to play please help!!!!!
I am having the same issue and it's only when trying to play on facebook. I can go to King.com and play pet rescue with no trouble other than I'm starting from the beginning. I have Windows 10 and I've went through all the troubleshooting things I've seen listed under similar issues.
