This level is impossible.
It is only 4 ballons.
The 5th. ballon does not exist.

level 6365 has 5 multi color balls to get and will only give 4...have played it several times...only 4 available...heck of a way to end playing pet rescue...says 4 fence makers and 5 multi color balls...the 4 fence makers are easy and wont give 5th ball....because there is none

No one can pass level 6365 need 5 balloons but we are only offered 4

I Officially hate level 6363!!

There is one way you can pass the level without waiting for king to fix it. If you can watch a pregame ad and get a booster randomly selected, you might be able to get a balloon. I tried only two times and able to have a balloon and passed the level.
