This started again and nothing fixes it. I have no duplicate tabs open restarting shutting down chrome nothing works.

Is it still doing it today? I have heard reports that it has been fixed as it was a known issue. If you could clear cache and cookies and then try opening it again, and let me know? Its important to clean them as that will get rid of any defective data. If you need help with that, let us know 😊
