how do i access the map icon to view previous levels

I assume that you're playing Pet Rescue Saga on a computer or laptop?
Unfortunately the previous level menu is not working in the computer version of the game.
It does work perfectly on the mobile app though, so if you are able to download it on a device, then log in via the same details you use on computer (to collect your progress) you could play previous levels there via the level menu.
Many of us play on both computer and mobile so we can do this. Be aware though, that any boosters and lives that you have are saved on the device you play on. Gold bars and progess will be the same anywhere you play.
I didn't miss my daily gift yesterday, level 500 and something signing in everyday… But, it's at level 0 today!!! What happen???
