Hi does anyone else have to keep logging out then logging back in to get mystery mountain I have to do this everytime to play it. It does save my progress just doesn't save event on.

Hi me again šš»Not good news I am afraid. Its only affecting a tiny amount of players so its harder to track down the cause and we don't have a time frame for a fix.
They hadn't last time I asked, but I will ask again.
I know they have been moving control groups again so whether its connected to that.
Have you heard anything it's been 3 weeks since passed on and still haven't heard anything from them and it's still not working. Thanks

Missing Mistry mountain
Thank you for the screenshot. Is there any chance you could do a screen recording of it? You wouldnāt be able to add the video directly here but you can upload to something like drop box or YouTube and share the link here. Youāve been very helpful already but obviously itās harder when the studio canāt see screens so that would be the next best thing š¤
So tried tonight nothing logged out logged back in showed mystery mountain then said no string ID in a box with foreign language then have to press continue and it goes back to main menu where you have to press play then mystery mountain gone again
Yup just checked have 3.6GB free and internet is all good will see if it works tonight all the other events work and it use to so very weird but thanks for all your help
Hello there! Sorry to hear you're facing this issue. It seems that everything works well on our end. Could you please confirm that you have enough memory on your device? Please note that it's recommended to have at least 2 GB available on your device. Also, make sure you have a stable Internet connection.

Thank you, the CM has asked for your player ID as well if that's ok. If you need help finding it, you need to go to the settings cog, choose profile and double tap on the king logo at the top of the screen. Its just that number I need š

Could you remind me of which device and version you play on, and you've checked the app store for updates? And you log in via email don't you?
Yeah I use to get mystery mountain every Friday then it stopped for 6 months now I only get it of log out then back in but I have to do this everytime I play the game as when I go back to play it's gone again
I know when this happens in farm with events, we tell players to log out and back in as sometimes it makes you move groups.
Also for others reading, if you play and have your facebook and Kingdom accounts synced, logging in with the other log in (ie Facebook instead of the kingdom) can trigger a move too.

There is a simple solution to Level 9434, and it's something we've had before in previous levelsā¦ Pets will only fall when there is a virus block in the column. Continue to let the virus blocks multiply and every time the middle column is empty of a Pet, but has a virus block, then another Pet will fall. See the exampleā¦
