hi, the trick of this level is to drop all the pets then use the key.
Hiya, another player said on replaying that more did fall, so its maybe a random drop. I am escallating it to the community manager tho just to check.

Iām soooo over having to play random levels to progress in the game, especially all the hard, very hard & super hard levels. Iāve already done the hard yards getting through these levels once, let alone being made to repeat them whilst awaiting new levels. If we must endure random levels, then we SHOULDNT have to repeatā¦
