Only 3 Butterflies , not 4 , how are you suppose to complete?
I'm not quite sure about the tone of this post or if it's bad translation . If you read the tips that Lynette gave, they are aimed to help. You don't have to follow them but she knows what she is talking about.
there are other games as you say, if you're not finding this fun anymore. Less stressful too maybe?
I can do what I want, I have never more than 2 butterflys. Why? Just frustrating. Well, there are better games that are more fun.

If you watched the video example above you will have noticed that to trigger the pink balloon and butterfly to fall you first need to use the in-game balloon booster.
Each time the in-game booster is earned and used a butterfly falls the very next move.
Try using it and see if it works for you. Note it has to be the in-game earned balloon, not one you already have in your boosters.
Yes I can play the game , I just don't get a fourth butterfly, never appears
