I think it has already been reported, but in the meantime can you log out of your game, completely close it if on devices and reopen it again and see if it makes a difference.
On browser, you would need to clear cache and cookies.

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
