I am afraid to log out of my old device and log back in on my new device to update the game. I haven't had real-time support, and fear this might cause me to lose my game.
Oh, I still don't have Facebook access, but I changed passwords so that the old device agrees with new device.
Its working now?
Mine is refusing to sign into Facebook at all. This is why I never change passwords 🤦🏻♀️

It doesn't let me log into FB
do you have a different log in for your games? As usually the community is a different and seperate log in. So unless you use the same email and password for each and set it up as that, it would be different? (Please don't share any of those details here tho)
You don't have the option to log in with Facebook? (Assuming you still use that connection) I know you said it takes too long but I'm just wondering why it's not giving you the option as it should be.
I wish this worked, but it doesn't. As you can see, I'm able to sign in on this device. Remarkable, as I've previously expressed, that I finally have a log in to my account, at least here.
When I use this same login for my new device, I get an error of wrong name or password.
I've tried other logins I've created in my zeal to sign in somewhere and somehow. None work on my new device. Also, Facebook takes too long for me to be sure that works, and I don't even have that choice on my old and my new device. So I can't validate that it works on all devices.r
So, while your advice might work for most situations, it does not work for me. Do you have any other ideas?
Hi apologies for the delay in a response. You don't need to log out of the older device as you can play on more than one device at the same time. Once logged in your progress and game currency will be there. The only thing that won't be is your boosters, as they stay on the device you earned them on.
So log in on your new device and all will be well 😊
