Can not pass not enough moves

You are correct, this level is impossible without using extra moves 😓
I did alert King to this problem, but was told it will not be changed because enough players are passing the level.1 -
Apparently enough players are managing to pass, (so it will not be changed) even though this level is always one move short! 🤷♀️

Well IWell I guess I won't be playing The Game anymore. I played for a lot of years but I'm not paying to get past that level. And that's why you have so many people passing that level because they're paying for it.

It’s a shame they are not changing it! They will lose a lot of players because of this, and no doubt a lot of free money. Bye bye pet rescue!
