You are just as well off because the levels are so hard you can’t pass on one try anyway. You have to use many boosters and/or gold bars then you get to level 5 and you lose! They are putting at least one game of the five that can’t be passed unless you want to spend money, boosters and gold bars. So you have to start over.

Hi @976957610 bonus games are not available to all players at the same time. We are split into groups, some get it, others don't. Below is the explanation from the Help Desk
"…due to the huge community of our players whom we love, we sometimes have to split it up to make it manageable and accessible. Millions of players in an event at any time is a lot of work, so we split it up into groups so we can keep it running and you have a better chance of accessing it.
We appreciate it may be frustrating if your friends have a feature that you don't, but it's highly likely you'll be getting it very soon and bear in mind that when you do have an event or challenge, it's possible your friends won't have it this time. "
