Hi @976957610 bonus games are not available to all players at the same time. We are split into groups, some get it, others don't. Below is the explanation from the Help Desk

I quit playing the Mystery Mountain because they are so hard especially the first one. I don't mind repeating a level but I would like to pass the first level. It's not worth it the hassel
You are just as well off because the levels are so hard you canât pass on one try anyway. You have to use many boosters and/or gold bars then you get to level 5 and you lose! They are putting at least one game of the five that canât be passed unless you want to spend money, boosters and gold bars. So you have to start over.

What's with the boosters that count down an aloted time, then count down 5 more seconds, and then add another 3 seconds before you get the booster??? Annoying!
